Refurbish and convert Building 110-130 at Kent Science Park to provide “start-up” laboratories and office accommodation ready for immediate occupation. Works included stripping out of existing services, new roof coverings, refurbishment of external elevations, fit out to provide laboratory and associated office accommodation including refurbishment of reception and toilets and creating a new break out space.
