Refurbishment and conversion of part of the ground floor of Building 940 at Kent Science Park to provide office accommodation ready for immediate occupation.
Works included stripping out of existing services, new roof coverings, refurbishment of external elevations, new windows and external doors, fit out to provide Category B office accommodation including refurbishing toilets and creating a new break out space.
